Refund Policy

All cakes are made to order especially for you!

Please note, we need 48-72 hours’ notice for pre-orders and 5 days’ notice for shipping orders nationwide. Holiday orders will have a different time frame.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please read the dessert care card for proper thawing, serving, and storage instructions.

Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with receipt, and the item must not be used or damaged. Days 15-30 must have a receipt for the return, if not, then a store credit will be given with a gift card of the current price of the item. No exchanges after 30 days.

All perishable food items are made to order and are not eligible for a refund or return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our office at +27 67 004 7456. 

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you did not like a product. If a product does not meet our standards, please notify a manager in the restaurant to resolve the matter immediately or contact the office at +27 67 004 7456.

Please remember it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
